We will review the Estate Development Budget (EDB) process during 2026/27 to assess the current eligibility criteria and strengthen the guidance that supports funding decisions. By August 2026, we will complete a review of the existing processes, documentation and governance arrangements. From September 2026, we will start resident consultation and engagement to gather feedback on the current process and future priorities. This feedback will inform draft recommendations, which will be refined through co-production workshops with residents. The review will be completed by December 2026, with the revised EDB framework and guidance prepared for implementation in April 2027. |
